This is extremely embarrassing for me to ask, but I can't take the pain any longer. I am 14 years old (girl) and this morning I woke up and had a horrible pain in my intestines(below stomach) I think I am badly constipated and my bal movements (poop) is jammed in my lower stomach to my intestines. For the past 3 weeks, I think I have had a problem with constipation. I feel alot of pressure like I have to have a BM, but I when I go to the bathroom, I can't go. When I eventually go, it is not hard. It's a little soft and in small amounts. I am 30 years old and I have actually gotten more regular since I had kids, but not here lately. Usually all it takes is a cup of coffee, and natures calls. No bleeding at all. The only change is that I have lost some weight as intended to get to my goal weight. I've wondered if that would be a possibility. I work with an OBGYN, but I am not real thrilled about asking her. I need a quick remedy about my problem.I have problems with my bowel movement.I don't feel urge for toilet to have a proper stool.When i gets up in the morning i feel uneasy and pain in my head and in my eyes.I feel dryness and roughness at my face.
